The opportunity is real but unfamiliar. Buyers need to see the value for themselves — quickly, on their own terms — before they will trust a conversation about it. A consumer-first landing page paired with a transparent calculator turns the concept into something tangible.
What we built
The Dream Lab Company created a consumer-focused landing page that explains the opportunity clearly and gives buyers an immediate way to explore it. The site includes a New Home Credit Calculator that estimates the potential closing credit based on the home purchase price, along with educational content about the additional costs buyers may face when purchasing a newly built home.
